Frequently asked questions.
Warranty information
All of our coating packages include one free exterior detail($125 value) one month after the initial coating to make sure it has cured properly and is performing as expected.
After that we require that we see the vehicle at least once a year for an exterior detail during the warranty period to ensure it is being properly taken care of and that it continues to perform as expected.
If there are any areas that show unexpected premature breakdown of the coating we will re-polish that panel and reapply a coating.
Ceramic Coatings
WHAT IS CERAMIC COATING?
Ceramic coating is a transparent, hydrophobic and protective layer that can be applied to virtually every vehicle surface. While it is most commonly used on cars and other vehicles, it can also enhance the gloss, resilience, of many other types of non porous surfaces. This advanced coating forms a robust barrier between the surface and environmental elements, shielding it from scratches, UV rays, and other potential damage, ensuring a long-lasting, pristine finish.
HOW DOES IT PROTECT MY VEHICLE?
The simplest way to describe ceramic or graphene coatings are like a high tech wax, except wax is oil or paraffin based and cannot handle heat or harsh chemicals for very long without breaking down and constant need to be reapplied, sometimes monthly!
Ceramic coating forms a semi-permanent bond with your car, creating a hydrophobic surface that is temperature resistant(up to 1600F) and repels water, dirt, and other contaminants.
This protective layer guards against UV damage, oxidation, and minor scratches along with harsh chemicals, ensuring your vehicle stays looking its best for years to come.
WHO IS CERAMIC COATING FOR?
Ceramic coating is perfect for anyone who loves their car and wants to keep it looking its best for years to come. Whether you own a luxury vehicle, a daily driver, or a cherished classic, ceramic coating offers unmatched protection and makes it easier to clean for all types of cars.

Graphene Coatings
Whats the difference between Ceramic Coatings vs. Graphene Coatings?
Most ceramic coatings on the market are comprised of Sio2 (Silicone Dioxide) which is commonly referred to as Silica, also known as sand or glass.
Graphene was discovered in 2004 and won a Nobel prize in 2010 due to its incredible attributes which have shown to be 100X stronger than steel while remaining flexible and not breaking. This known element has since been broken down into reduced graphene oxide(rGO) and combined with other compounds to create an enhanced version of “ceramic”.
Graphene coatings utilize this innovative technology to make a formula that takes ceramic coatings to the next level. Making them easier to apply while providing additional benefits and results.
Basically this means that while the chemical composition is different from traditional ceramics the end product is essentially the same. Graphene Coatings are the next evolution on the tried and true Ceramic Coating and are applied in a very similar manner while reducing some of the risks and potential downsides.
Is graphene coating really worth it?
Graphene has a inherent nature to lay out almost perfectly smooth on its own. This is because Graphene forms a self leveling interlocking double layer of protection on the car's surface, graphene coating resists UV rays and chemical damage better than any other coating. It also makes the car more water-repellent and dust-resistant, giving it a smooth and glossy finish that lasts longer.
What should I do to prepare for a detail?
There are a few things you can do that would help us out. It will save time so that we can focus on really getting into the deep detailed cleaning of your vehicle.
Remove as many personal items from the vehicle as possible. Large trash should be taken out and thrown away prior to dropping the vehicle off before your appointment. Removing things such as cups, bottles, children's toys and child seats will reduce the amount of time your detailer has to spend not cleaning your vehicle. On some occasions, excessively dirty or cluttered cars will incur an additional fee due to the extra time it takes to clear.
Remove child seats. You know your child seat the best. We would always prefer to have a knowledgeable parent remove and reinstall the car seat to prevent damage and ensure that the seat and/or base is properly installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Make a list. We would love to know ahead of time any areas of concern for you. Is there a scratch that bothers you, a stain you can't remove, or a smell? The more information we have the more we can focus on problem areas that you would like to see improved. This helps us create a personal experience for every client.
